The creation of Cutrite USA Corporation was my vehicle and project focused on during the attendance of the program hosted by Palmetto Leadership Institute. The goals reached included creating, maintaining, and preparing the company for its specific market reach. Cutrite was certified as a Minority Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise leading to the award of its first government contract with SCDOT in 2020. After the rigorous 3 year program Cutrite had 3 part-time employees on payroll, a crucial component taught.
